Change your email address

Worth doing before you leave school, if your account is on an address the school controls. Once that mailbox is closed you cannot reset a password with it.

Change it

1. Go to Settings in the app.
2. Open your account details.
3. Tap Change Email.
4. Enter the new address and confirm with your password.

Your exams, categories, results and Premium status all stay exactly as they are. It is the same account, reachable at a new address.

If you are already locked out

If the old mailbox is gone and you cannot sign in to make the change, contact support from the address you want to move to, and tell us the old one.
