I paid for Premium but it is not showing

Restore Purchases and the right Apple Account fix almost every case.

Almost every case of this is one of two things, and both take about a minute.

1. Restore Purchases

Go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This asks Apple directly what your account is entitled to. Give it a few seconds.

2. Check which Apple Account you are signed in to

A subscription belongs to the Apple Account that bought it, not to the device or to your Exam Countdown login. If you have more than one (a personal one and a family or school one), make sure the device is signed in to the one that paid.

Check in the iOS Settings app: tap your name at the top and look at the email shown.

3. Confirm the subscription is actually active

In the iOS Settings app, tap your name → Subscriptions, and look for Exam Countdown. If it says Expired, it has lapsed and needs renewing. If it is not listed at all under that Apple Account, the purchase was made on another one.

Still not right

Contact support with the date of purchase and the Apple Account email used, and we will sort it out.

Did this not solve it? Contact us and include what you tried. In the app, Settings then Contact Support attaches the details that help us find your account.
