Manage or cancel your subscription
Change plan, cancel, and what happens when Premium ends.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us, so everything happens in your device settings.
Cancel or change
- Open the iOS Settings app.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Exam Countdown.
- Choose a different plan, or tap Cancel Subscription.
What happens when you cancel
You keep Premium until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing stops immediately.
What happens when Premium ends
Nothing is deleted. Your exams, subjects, colours, categories, notes and results all stay exactly where they are. What changes is access: Calendar View and the Premium widgets lock, detailed alerts drop back to the one-day reminder, and adverts come back.
If you resubscribe later, everything unlocks again as it was.
Refunds
Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and find the purchase.
