Your exams on a new phone
Why your exams are not lost, and how to get them back.
If you have set up a new phone and your exams are not there, they are almost certainly fine.
The short version
Your exams are attached to your account, not to the handset. Sign in with the same email you used before and they come back.
If you never signed in
Without an account, exams live on the device itself. Moving to a new phone with an iCloud or device-to-device transfer usually brings them across with everything else. Starting the new phone as a fresh device does not.
If that has happened and the old phone is still working, sign in on it first, which uploads what is on it, then sign in on the new one.
Going forward
Creating an account is free, and it is worth doing the day you start rather than the day you need it. Signed in, your exams, colours and categories are backed up and restored on any device you sign in on, including your results if you have Premium.
