Widgets: every type at a glance
The full line-up: Next Exam, Countdown, Live Countdown, Next 4 Exams, Category Countdown, and the Lock Screen sizes.
There are six, and they do genuinely different jobs.
Next Exam (free)
Small and medium. Always shows whichever exam is closest, and changes by itself as you work through the season. Nothing to configure, and no Premium needed. If you only ever add one widget, add this one.
Countdown (Premium)
Small and medium. Same idea, except you pick the exam. Useful when there is one paper you actually care about and you do not want it swapped out by whatever happens to be sooner.
Live Countdown (Premium)
Medium. The one that ticks: days, hours, minutes and seconds, updating in real time rather than once a day. Best saved for the last week before something.
Next 4 Exams (Premium)
Large. Your next four papers in one tile, colour-coded, each with its own number. The closest thing to having your timetable on your Home Screen.
Category Countdown (Premium)
Small and medium. Counts down to a whole category rather than a single paper: Finals, Mocks, Orals. Shows the next exam within that group.
Lock Screen and StandBy (Premium)
The small accessory sizes that sit around your Lock Screen clock, and the big bedside display when your iPhone is charging on its side.
